This 30th anniversary year of Féile an tSamhraidh continues our mission to give musicians of all ages, the opportunity to perform in a competitive, yet supportive environment, and receive feedback to encourage their musical development.

This year will see a series of performances across all musical disciplines. We will have competitions across all ages and some of our feature competitions in the CBS Secondary school will include:

Friday May 10 Strings Repertoires 17:00

Friday May 10 The Arts Award at 18.15

Saturday May 11 Guitar/Harp Repertoires 10:00

Saturday May 11 Piano Repertoires 10:40 and 15:40

Saturday May 11 Adult Choral 17:45

Sunday May 12 Secondary Strings Instrumental 11:00

In addition, there will be a full day of schools competitions in the GAA Hall on Friday May 10 from 10.00-16.00.

We would like to publicly acknowledge the support throughout our history of Cork County Council and additional sponsors, Moloney Pianos, SuperValu Midleton, Midleton Credit Union, and O’Mahony Insurances to name but a few.

The public are welcome to support our young and not so young performers on their musical journey There is a nominal entrance fee of €4.00 per day .
