Bantry Bay Charters offers Deep Sea Angling, Mackerel Fishing, Marine Wildlife Tours, Scenic and Historical Coastal Cruises, or an alternative Customized Day on the Bay. Departing from both Bantry and Glengarriff, we are spoiled for choice.

Bay fishing is a great way to spend the day with family or friends. Experience the thrill of catching your first ever fish or compete to catch the biggest one. You can even take home your supper!

For the more experienced fishers, we offer half and full day Deep Sea Fishing trips, catching a wide variety of fish, including, Pollock, Cod, Bull Huss, Dog fish, Wrasse, Ling, Conger, Common Skate and Pouting. We offer a wide range of Rods Reels and Tackle.

Bantry Bay and Glengarriff harbour has an abundance of wildlife. On our Marine Wildlife Tour, you have a chance of seeing Atlantic Gray Seals and Common Seals, a wide variety of birdlife, including Oyster Catcher, Curlew, Gray Heron, Egret, cormorant and if you are lucky, you might see the White-Tailed Sea Eagle flying overhead.

Harbour Porpoise are resident all year round and can be seen daily, while the Common Dolphin tend to move inshore early summer and are a popular sighting with our visitors, especially when they are in a playful mood and bow ride alongside the boat. Minke Whales are also frequent visitors to our lovely Bantry Bay. We often see them in pairs or small feeding groups.

All Charters have the provision of a safe and secure trip onboard a stable boat with plenty of seating and toilet facilities.
