Chef Jack O'Keeffe from Ireland AM, fires up the BBQ,s at Hannah Griffin's for a night of North Cork food, smoke and good company.
Expect 8 Degrees porter bread with Tory Hill organic butter, McCarthy's of Kanturk jumbo sausages, chargrilled chicken in Alabama BBQ sauce, North Cork beef chuck salt and peppered for 14 hours, and oak smoked pork ribs in a mulled apple and Clonakilty whiskey BBQ sauce. Fire roasted mac 'n' Hegarty's vintage cheddar comes with it, and a deep dish apple and Castletownroche oat crumble finishes the night.
