For all those budding artists, come join us for a fun-filled Arts & Craft day at our Open Farm! The day will include three creative workshops, including tie-dye T-shirts, painting a donkey, and making a donkey collage puppet. Click on the workshop below that your child would like to attend to book your spot. Suitable for children between the ages of 8 and 13. Limited places available due to the detailed nature of the crafts. The workshops will be led by artist, Lynn Kenny, who also hosted our hugely successful Paint a Donkey event in 2022. Lynn runs her own craft camps every summer from her studio in County Clare, and we're delighted to welcome her to The Donkey Sanctuary. Materials will be provided, and for the tie-dye workshop, you only need to bring a plain white T-shirt. There will be snacks and soft drinks available to buy from our Visitor Centre. If the weather is good, we may bring the workshops outdoors. Important information As places are limited, please contact us if you would like to make a booking for more than four children. Parents/Guardians will be required to remain on site for the duration of the workshop and provide a contact number on arrival.
