‘Creative Endeavours’ is the title of this year’s graduate exhibition by students from Douglas Street Campus of Cork college of further education and training.

Located in Cork city centre and formerly called St. John’s Central College, it has been a centre of creative learning for over 30 years. This year’s exhibition showcases the continuous high standards of creative endeavours by the students who have engaged in many of the full-time further education courses on offer in the college.

Paula McCarty, the college principal noted, “The creativity and ingenuity of our students is showcased in this exhibition with an impressive range of unique and innovative pieces that will captivate the attention of visitors. It is a testament to the commitment and dedication of our students and staff. We are proud of what they have achieved and look forward to continuing to support and inspire our students to pursue their passions and achieve their goals”.

Eighteen courses from the art, design, craft and creative media departments feature in this year’s exhibition.

The public is invited to come along and view the exhibition on the opening night of May 26th from 6:30pm to 9pm.

The exhibition can also be visited on Monday May 29th and Tuesday May 30th from 9:30am to 4pm daily.
