We have the honour of performing Handel's Messiah once more at the beautiful Lough Church in Cork. Join us in aid of two wonderful causes.
Experience the joy and majesty of Christmas with a live performance of Handel’s Messiah, one of the world’s most treasured choral masterpieces. From the uplifting “For Unto Us a Child is Born” to the triumphant “Hallelujah” chorus, this timeless work captures the wonder, hope and celebration of the festive season.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, featuring soloists Gemma Magner, Gráinne Stafford, Ryan Morgan and Callum Nuzum, and the Jennens Orchestra led by Eithne Willis. The performance will be conducted by Ian Sexton.
Whether Messiah is a cherished Christmas tradition or a new experience, this inspiring concert promises to fill you with the spirit of the season.
This year, we are delighted to be performing in aid of two fabulous Cork charities. Profits from the evening will be shared between The Cork Samaritans & Cork Penny Dinners.
Please note there is very limited paid parking available at the church. Please utilise City Centre Car Parks, car pooling or public transportation.
