When it comes to our food, our ethos has always been to share. We love it when visitors come to sit at our table, to sample our best and dive right into Cork’s deep food culture.

West Cork was recently named Ireland’s top foodie destination by the Restaurant Association of Ireland (RAI) and is said to be “setting the benchmark for food tourism in Ireland”.

The aim of the festival is to celebrate the magic ingredients that form the very special and unique place that is Cork – superb food and seafood, stunning land and seascape; fascinating islands, great art and craft, innovative and intriguing people.



The festival brings together a unique mix of food markets, cooking demonstrations, dinners, brunches and banquets with guest chefs, food-tastings, talks, exhibitions as well as events for children.
