Suki is a popular new Japanese restaurant in Midleton, quickly becoming a local favourite thanks to its extensive menu of sushi, ramen, and poke bowls served in an elegant setting. The drinks list includes draft beers like Heineken and Tiger, along with plum wine and Japanese saké.

Head Chef Lee Wei brings international experience to the kitchen, while the restaurant showcases strong local ties—its sushi uses fish from Ballycotton Seafood just two doors away, and the vibrant murals inside were hand-painted by Cork artist Alan Hurley.

Open daily from 12.30pm to 10.30pm, Suki offers both dine-in and online collection orders, with a team of 16 new staff ensuring top-quality food and service. The restaurant joins a growing food scene in Midleton, which recently welcomed other new openings such as the café Good Folk.
