Opened by Andrea and Barbara in 2016, Casanova Gelato, has quickly become Cork’s premier Italian ice cream outlet. Queues of locals and visitors are regularly seen outside – a testament to the treats that wait within!
Using organic Irish milk and cream Casanova Gelato offer more than 100 delicious flavours, including some for those on special diets (gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan diets), all prepared on-site in Casanova Gelato’s own kitchen.
As well as being listed in John and Sally McKenna’s “Best in Ireland” guide, the shop also made the 2018 Irish Food Award final with their original ‘Wanna Be My Vegan” flavour – a vegan and gluten-free choco-hazelnut gelato. Yum!
Their very popular organic coffee and famous Italian Hot Chocolate, was also recognised by social network community, LADBible as one of the 10 Best Hot Chocolates in Ireland.
