Tom O'Neill, manager at Spike Island and author of Spike Island's Republican Prisoners 1921, will talk on the links between the prison camp on Spike Island and the Internment Camp on Bere Island which were in operation in 1921, and both locations roles as Treaty Ports following the signing of the Anglo Irish Treaty in 1922.
