inÍn O'Sullivan, a native of West Cork set up a restaurant on the main street in Midleton more than 40 years ago and has been there ever since. He has weathered two recessions and survived the Celtic Tiger retaining the character and charm that both locals and visitors know and love.

He attributes his longevity to the very strong relationships he has built up with his loyal customers, staff and suppliers who have been with him for many years. He prides himself on serving consistently good food, sourced locally from recipes that he has tried and tested and that his customers have come to rely on.

Finín's is a family run restaurant with many of the staff there since it opened and with Finín's family working alongside him. His personality is evident in his collection of beautiful Irish artwork around the walls which lets you know you really are in an extension of the family home.
